I am currently working in the Management of Newcell International Hospital, Shanghai. I started this position in May 2016 and the position is for one year.
I was a Post Doc at Renji Hospital from 08/2013 to
05/2016, Clinical Stem Cell Research Center, Shanghai.
My work was in the field of aortic aneurism and
myocardial infarction, and focused on immune cells.
At January 16th, 2015, I represented Renji Hospital
as outstanding Post Doc at 1st Post Doc Conference
of School of Medicine, Jiao Tong University Shanghai.
Moreover, I supervised two Master students from Belgium
during their stay taking care about development of
their projects, introducing them to techniques, answering
questions and revising their thesis. I was honored for
this as their instructor.
I applied successfully for a grant from National Natural Science Foundation of China. Reference and Grant number is 8141101032 and 81450110091, respectively. The official page is here (chinese). I am stated at No. 37. Support was for 12 months (2014-2015) and 200000 RMB.
My personel research interests are wide-ranging. Among others (and not sorted), it encompasses heart and vascular diseases, the exploration and possible eradiction of tumors/cancers, establishment of biomarkers, e.g. for T cell priming, immune responses, tissue engineering, neurological diseases, nanoparticles, and much more.
Furthermore, I am interested in the influence of epigenetics on gene expression, RNA(i) and its influence in cellular processes and gene expression et cetera.
My PhD thesis was 'Characterization of the
pathogenetic-relevant role of SF-1 in adrenocortical
carcinoma'. You may read it

My diploma thesis (M.Sc.) was 'Substrate specificity of
histone-modifying enzymes' and supervised by Dr.
Andreas Schwienhorst (Department of Molecular

August University Goettingen).
